Hi all
wouldn't be better to include custom headers and footers in themes and drop global ones? This feature was introduced as kind of customisation, however I feel it's better to place it into theme. Also see RFE# 984152 [1].

I think we could have an optional custom header and footer per-theme, but can we keep also the global ones? ... with the benefit that I don't have to modify each installed theme on my server to apply my company header or footer?
