Hi, I suggest we stop accepting new patches tickets. It's much easier for everyone to use github's pull requests. As a test, I tried to remove the permission to create for these tickets but I was still able to create a ticket, so I'm not sure what would happen for other users. Anyway, we could change the text to tell people to just use github for this. Comments? -- Marc Delisle http://infomarc.info

Hi, >From the "docs" tab of the website (http://www.phpmyadmin.net/home_page/docs.php) the first link is to the new documentation ("Main documentation") at https://docs.phpmyadmin.net/en/latest/ -- but I get a security warning, because the certificate is issued for readthedocs.org not phpmyadmin.net. I suggest either changing the URL to the readthedocs one (https://phpmyadmin.readthedocs.org/en/latest/) or making it an http rather than https connection. None of the other links (Downloadable documentation and Frequently Asked Questions) suffer the problem because they're linked to readthedocs.org. Regards ~isaac

[Phpmyadmin-devel] Selenium Test Create Drop Database

I have refactored the Create/Drop Database test to handle the AJAX content, it uses waitForElementPresent() method to wait for an ajax response which should be more reliable than sleep(). Next, I have tried to use more of cssSelectors rather than xpaths as cssselectors cope up well with structural changes on the page. Not yet added to AllSeleniumTests.php, waiting for approval. Hi Devs, I am Supun Nakandala, third year undergraduate from Department of Computer Science, University of Moratuwa. I am hoping to work for the "Automated Testing" project for the GSOC 2013. For that I am trying to create some unit test cases as patches. Hi, I am a final year Computer Science and Engineering undergraduate from University of Moratuwa. I would like to work on either "Refactoring: SQL executor, Column's structure manipulation" or "Refactoring: Server view" project for the GSOC 2013. I have already setup my development environment with with the testing environment. What are the resources and related work done based on those projects?
