It looks like this library is not BSD, but, as a fork of a GPLv3
library, must be GPLv3, so incompatible with GPLv2 used by phpMyAdmin

Thanks Remi for calling this to our attention. I'm monitoring that issue
now to see what the response is and we'll have to make a decision on how to
proceed based on the response there.
