Also, when I try to send js error report from within phpMyAdmin.. its not sending . See the attached screenshot[1.png].

Happens on both current phpMyAdmin git master and QA_4_2.

When I tried submitting a js error, it said report was successfully submitted, but I could not find my report on error reporting server. So it didn't work. But we have been continuously getting reports from users, the newest I could find was https://reports.phpmyadmin.net/reports/view/3576 submitted yesterday.
