All done. Please note, that I took out the entire section as to how PMA adv.auth. works, and replaced it with the fact that PMA then relies on MySQL user management. I think this is worthwhile, as it reminds them that they need to have MySQL set up correctly.

I have also added a set of SQL commands to create a stduser with a minimum set of privileges.

I use the "print" command from Lynx.
