Yes, we should re-implement it imho. But how about moving this to db_details_operations.php3 / tbl_properties_operations.php3? Imho, I want to check who has privileges to a table when I'm actually working with it. However, a reimplementation should be in RC2.

Yeah but only the admin can see the privs so we should not annoy simple users with a link that won't work for them. I would prefer another tab in the server_ pages: Db privileges (and another one: db stats :)

What about combinining both tabs as one tab named "Databases"?
