You'll find a better version of the Michal suggestion attached. I've fixed some xhtml problem into and improved the "checkDumpSQL()" js function and some CSS. I don't have NS4 here but I know it doesn't like "margins" CSS selectors. Under some NS4 release it even crashes the browser.
