Hello,
I saw there are various branches like MAINT_x_y_z where x.y.z seems to be version if I am not wrong. Similarly, there are branches with QA_x_y.
What is the difference between MAINT and QA branches?
Thanks, Chirayu Chiripal

For example, MAINT_4_1_8 is for the 4.1.8 release and will receive only security fixes, for an eventual 4.1.8.x release.
QA_4_1 receives the bug fixes for the next 4.1.x. At some point, MAINT_4_1_9 will be created from it.
