It seems phpMyAdmin-4.6.3-english.tar.bz2 is also corrupt. tar.bz2 files for the other two versions open without problems.

I noticed the phpMyAdmin-4.6.3-all-languages.tar.bz2 in the downloads section is corrupt (untarring doesn't work, the file is also much too small : 32 KB vs ~8 MB)

I have just completed uploading all 4.6.3 files again, so please let me know if there are any further problems.

I encountered an odd Python error last night during upload and attempted again. I didn't get any error on the second attempt, but clearly there still was an issue.

I've noticed that CDN had some problems in the time of release, so that might be related...
