Hi, I am *Deven Bansod,* currently pursuing M.Sc. Economics + B.E. Hons Computer Science from BITS Pilani, India. I am interested to contribute to the PMA project and try and participate in GSoC 2015 with PMA. ==Relevant Previous Experience== [1] Developed 3 Plugins(with over 1000+ downloads) for WordPress.org (username: bansod_deven) [2] Contributed to their trac with 3 accepted fixes till now [3] Developed a Information Portal (with PHP with OOP, MySQL, JQuery) and a separate desktop software(VB.NET) for use in University's Messes which handles transactions worth about 50L INR per month (The info portal is currently available only on Institute Lan, will be put up Online in 15-20 days) I have gone through the applicant guide wiki page and wanted to start contributing by fixing some bugs which might be slightly simpler and will help me to understand the PMA codebase better. Hello, I am a 4th year undergraduate student pursuing B.E.(Hons.) Computer Science from BITS Pilani, India. I am interested to participate in GSoC 2015 and find phpmyadmin as an interesting project to contribute.I am interested to work on the idea Error reporting server. I am going through the initial wiki reading. I have installed phpmyadmin and cloned the error reporting server source code and have also been able to setup the environment on the localhost and is working properly. Now i am gearing up to look into some bugfixes or todo which would help me to dive into the code for better understanding. Can someone guide me so as to look for some initial level bug fixes. [Phpmyadmin-devel] problem regarding pushing my commits to remote branch

I don't know whether it is a good idea or not to ask git related doubts here, but I have tried possibly all other solutions for my problem. I have recently solved bug#4744 but could not push my commits to branch QA_4_3 , as was suggested by a mentor. Everytime I push the commits from my local branch to remote, everything goes well but I cannot see any updations present on local branch on remote branch. Please guide me through this, as I am feeling quite embarrassed on myself being stuck on this for 1 day. Also , I have pushed my commits on my own branch tapan-branch, as a contingency for evaluation. So while I fix the above problem , can you evaluate my commits on my branch ? I have created a pull reqest too. Thank you.

I have forked,cloned it to my system,added a branch name "theseus007" in it,I wish to resolve "#1602 disallow redirect to login page on session end " feature,As a novice i dont know the structure of the repo ,so i have to ask,where will i find the file in which i have to commit changes?.Sorry if its a stupid question. :(

Hi all, Our front-end codes are messy now, can we use a template library to clarify them? I found Plates (http://platesphp.com/) a good template engine and it's fit with our current codes. Can we use it directly? Regards.

[Phpmyadmin-devel] Needs help for the pull-request

Hi there, I've fixed a bug that is not list on the issue tracker and made the pull-request to github. But it seems to be failed as Codacy says I've raised a new issue. I read the issue detail but I have no idea about what is going on as I did not edit the file in my commit. Hi Marc, Is there any specific documentation available about files in PMA repo like which file does what ? for example consider i want to find which file does what andd which file is responsible for the specific task in PMA ? Regards -Kushal bhatia
