Hello developers,
I have tried to setup error reporting server in my local windows
environment. Is it possible to develop this in windows environment or do I
need to switch to linux ?

I don't see need for Windows, everything should be pretty much platform
independent. On the other side the documentation was written for Linux
only, so you will need to adjust the instructions for your platform.
