Hi all
I see that we've documented ctype and mbstring as dependencies, while
we still have huge amount of code (PMA_String and related classes) to
be able to handle situations when those are not available. This
situation should be fixed for next release :-). But there are some open
questions:
- there is no check that ctype is actually loaded, so we don't enforce
this dependency, so do we really want it as hard dependency?
- mbstring is required for gettext so this one probably has to be there
- the PMA_String class could mostly go away in case we would directly
use ctype and mbstring functions - removing one abstraction layer and
gaining back a little bit of performace

Hi all
after a bit investigation I think it's better to use some third party
service for Selenium testing. It would be quite demanding task to get
reasonable set of browsers for testing and there are quite a lot of
services which provide this. Does anybody here have experience with
some of these services?
I've found following services which might fit our needs:

Hi,
does someone remember why, in pmahomme's info.inc.php, the source of the
icons is not mentionned, but is in the original submission for this theme?
Uses Silk Icon set: http://www.famfamfam.com/lab/icons/silk/

Hi Madhura,
I want to open a ticket about this editor not working in 4.0.5. In
QA_4_0, when clicking on Edit/Insert, the pane opens but the point is
not displayed on the map.
I am testing on Debian 7 with Firefox (Iceweasel) with the "capitals"
table. When trying with 3.5.0 or QA_3_5, it's better (I see the point),
however
- dragging the point does not change the X/Y coordinates nor the Output area
- ticking Use OpenStreetMaps does not display a map (but the coordinates
change on the right side)
In 3.5.0, should I be expecting the X/Y coordinates (left side) and the
Output area to change?
I also tried Copy; it closes the panel but does not copy the new
coordinates.
