I have re-installed mysql, reinstalled phpmyadmin, I am on apache 2.2.3 (not sure how to go backwards to 2.0. I am on phpmyadmin 3.4.5, mysql 5.5 php 5.3.8 I have given ALL PRIVILAGES to user pma on the phpmyadmin database. The site is behind a firewall so I can’t give access (easily). Hi Piotr, It looks like you might have gotten mixed up while upgrading jQuery UI. Line 2 in jquery-ui-1.8.6.custom.js indicates that the version is in fact 1.8.16, not 1.8.6. Latest advertised version on jQuery website also seems to be 1.8.16 Rouslan
