Hello Everyone,
Today I have seen the phpmyadmin documentation. The design is very simple.
I want to ask can we improve the design of the phpmyadmin or make it more
better and more user friendly.
Also can we apply the material design in the documentation. Because now a
days in all the documentation material design is very popular. And Google
have also changed its documentation to material design.
Waiting for your suggestion. Hope you all will like it. :)

Hi all
After a little bit of fighting I found something what is able to build
developer documentation out of our sources. It is now available here:
https://develdocs.phpmyadmin.net/
The documentation is updated daily + there is 1 hour caching on the CDN
side.
The phpdox configuration file is in git, feel free to adjust it to
better fit our needs.

Hi all
while looking at our code, I've noticed quite inconsistent behavior for
mbstring library.
- We require it.
- We provide stubs to replace it in cases it's not there [1].
- We use it unconditionally in other places [2].
I think we should settle down to something more consistent :-). Given
that requiring it didn't seem to cause much troubles, I'd simply chose
this way, but I really don't have strong opinion on this.
[1]: in libraries/stringNative.lib.php
[2]: eg. mb_detect_encoding in libraries/Util.class.php
